Soli Mehta is a seasoned business professional with a diverse career spanning more than three decades.
His prior role was as a Senior Director at Rouse Properties, a company specializing in retail asset ownership and management, ultimately acquired by Brookfield, a global leader with approximately $800 billion in assets under management. Preceding his tenure at Rouse Properties, Soli served as a Director at Vornado Realty Trust, a leading US REIT engaged in the ownership, management, and development of office and retail assets. Before his time at Vornado, Soli held the position of Managing Director at Boston Analytics, a research and analytics firm with a substantial workforce of over 120 professionals across the United States and Mumbai, India. Additionally, he served as Vice President at Lexington Partners, Inc., one of the world's largest managers of secondary private equity and co-investment funds, with more than $55 billion in committed capital. His earlier experiences included roles at Oppenheimer and Company and Dean Witter.
Soli holds an MBA in International Business from Pace University in New York. In his leisure time, he is an avid squash and golf enthusiast.

Driven by his passion for business and a firm belief in the infinite potential of people, Urvil has had a fulfilling journey across diverse industries in manufacturing sector. Over last twenty years, he has built and grown businesses with P&L ownership (a startup as well as within corporations), advised conglomerates on growth strategies and developed & implemented strategic plans within corporations.
At Schneider Electric, Urvil was responsible for developing and executing global commercial strategy for Process OEMs for Industrial Automation business. In his previous roles he has been responsible for Industrial Automation P&L for Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei; Electrical & Automation solutions for Food & Beverages segment in India & SAARC; Industrial Automation End User sales team for India and Industrial Automation strategy function for India.
Prior to that, Urvil helped build a boutique advisory start up, Boston Analytics, which he joined as the first employee and eventually as a CEO, led it to successful exit in seven years.
He worked on corporate strategic planning and M&A at Vedanta Resources Plc, a globally diversified natural resources company and financial structuring of infrastructure projects at Larsen & Toubro, an Indian multinational conglomerate, and B2B product marketing at Foseco India.
Urvil received his engineering degree from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Durgapur and PGDM (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore.
